There are several easy ways to make a payment. Pick the option that works best for you.

- Option 3: Pay with mobile or online Bill Pay (via your bank or credit union)
- Option 4: Pay by Check
Option 1a: Pay in the Imprint App
This option requires a connected bank account.
- Tap the “Pay” button on the home screen
- Enter payment amount
- Choose “Pay now” or “Pay later”
Once you confirm your payment, it will appear in your card activity. Payments may take up to 3-5 business days to post to your account.
Option 1b: Auto-pay in the Imprint App
This option requires a connected bank account.
- Tap the person icon in the top left of the home screen
- Tap on 'Payments'
- Tap on the first option 'Auto-pay'
- Select payment amount from the three options provided and tap 'Continue'
- Select payment date from the two options provided and tap 'Continue'
- Review your Auto-pay setup information
- Payment amount
- Payment date
- Payment method
- Tap ‘Submit payment’ if all information is correct to set up Auto-pay
Option 2a: Pay Online
This option requires a connected bank account.
- Visit the website account.imprint.co
- Enter your phone number
- Enter the six-digit code sent via SMS
- Tap the “Pay” button on the home screen
- Enter payment amount
- Choose “Pay now” or “Pay later”
Option 2b: Auto-pay Online
This option requires a connected bank account.
- Visit the website account.imprint.co
- Enter your phone number
- Enter the six-digit code sent via SMS
- Tap the three bars in the top right of the home screen
- Tap on 'Payments'
- Tap on the first option 'Auto-pay'
- Select payment amount from the three options provided and tap 'Continue'
- Select payment date from the two options provided and tap 'Continue'
- Review your Auto-pay setup information

- Payment date
- Payment method
- Tap ‘Submit payment’ if all information is correct to set up Auto-pay
- Tap ‘Done’ when you see the green checkmark
Option 3: You can pay with your bank's Billpay
Be aware: We will record your payment as made on the date that we receive it—via check or electronically—but it may take up to 3 additional business days to reflect on your account. If your bank does not support electronic Billpay processing or you don’t find and select the payee listed below, they may print and mail us a check instead. If so, it may take up to ~10 days to be delivered.
Please ensure that your payment is delivered by your Payment Due Date, and that you pay at least the minimum payment due, to avoid potential late fees.
Making electronic payments directly through Imprint is still the quickest and most reliable way to make payments. You can choose the amount you want to pay and when, as well as set up Autopay.

Log into your bank or credit union’s Billpay feature

Find where to Add a New Payee

Ensure you are adding a company, rather than an individual payee. Search for the payee Imprint and H-E-B, and select it from the list.

When asked for your account number, enter your 8 character account number, which you can find in the upper right corner of Page 1 of your statement, or in your Imprint online account under the Payments menu. Please do not enter your 16-digit credit card number, even if your bank Billpay suggests it--doing so could delay or prevent payment processing.

Option 4: Pay by Check
Be aware: Mailing and processing a check takes approximately 10 days, access to your credit line may not be immediately available. Electronic payments directly through the Imprint app or website are much faster and are the best way to avoid potential late payments. We will process your check on the date that we receive it, and this date is recorded as the payment date.
- Include the full name of the account holder
- Pay to the order of Imprint and H-E-B
- Add your payment amount (which should not exceed your account balance)
- In the check memo, include your unique account number (which you can find in the upper right corner of Page 1 of your statement)
