There was an error on my statement

If you think there is an error on your statement, please contact our Customer Support Team by email, phone or chat.

 

You must contact us:

  • Within 60 days after the error appeared on your billing statement.
  • At least 3 business days before an automated payment is scheduled, if you wish to stop payment on the account you think is wrong.
