How do I add a bank account to make payments on my H-E-B Visa Signature® Credit Card account?

You can add a bank account through Plaid or by manually entering your bank routing and account numbers.

To add your bank account using Plaid:

1. Open the Imprint app and tap the person icon at the top-left
2. Tap on 'Banking'
3. Tap 'Link your bank account'
4. Tap 'Link via Plaid'
5. Follow the prompts to link to your checking account using Plaid by authenticating using your financial institution login credentials.

To add your bank account manually:

1. Open the Imprint app and tap the person icon at the top-left
2. Tap on 'Banking'
3. Tap 'Link your bank account'
4. Under the 'Link via Plaid' button tap 'Link using routing and account numbers
5. Enter your 9-digit routing number and your 4–17-digit account number
6. Tap 'Continue' and 'Confirm'

To add a bank account online:

1. Visit https://account.imprint.co
2. Enter your phone number 
3. Enter the six-digit number sent via SMS to your mobile phone number
4. Login to your account
5. Tap 'Connect a bank'
6. Tap 'Link a bank account' to add your bank account via Plaid and follow the prompts; OR
7. Tap 'Link using account & routing numbers' to add your bank account without Plaid
8. Enter your banks routing and account numbers
9. Tap 'continue'
