To update your legal name:
You will need to contact Imprint Customer Support. We will send you a secure link to attach a clear photo of your government issued ID or documentation with your updated legal name.
To update your home address:
If you opened your account more than 30 days ago:
- Log in to the Imprint app or online at account.imprint.co
- Navigate to "Personal info"
- Select the information you would like to update
- Enter the updated information
If you opened your account in the past 30 days, you will need to contact Imprint Customer Support
