How do my H-E-B rewards work?

For every dollar you spend on your card, you will earn:

• 5% cash back on eligible H-E-B brand products
  • Eligible products can be found here
  • Cash back is on the pre-tax amount
• 5% cash back on Favor delivery transactions
• 1.5% cash back everywhere else Visa is accepted

Purchases not eligible for 5% cash back at H-E-B include:

• Pharmacy prescriptions
• Gift cards
• Restaurant
• Fuel
• Car washes
• Purchases made on the Central Market Go app, Central Market Go kiosks, or in-store mobile point-of-sale systems

How do I redeem my rewards?

You can redeem your cash back with Imprint, in the app or online. Cash back will become available for redemption after your statement cycle closes.

1. Log in to the Imprint app or online at account.imprint.co
2. Click "Redeem"
3. Select how much you want to redeem
4. Select how you want to redeem your cash back:
   • Pay off card balance
   • Withdraw to connected bank account ($20 minimum redemption amount)
   • Mail as a physical check ($20 minimum redemption amount)
5. Confirm your redemption

Why are my rewards pending?

Your cash back will be pending until the transaction that earned the cash back is confirmed and your statement cycle has closed. Once both these criteria have been met, then your cash back will become available for redemption.
