How do I apply for a card?

You can learn more and apply for a card at https://apply.imprint.co/heb/credit.

  1. Click the Apply Now button
  2. Complete the application form
  3. If you are approved and accept your offer, your virtual card will be provided. With this number, you can use your card in store or online immediately.
  4. Your physical card will be sent to you in the mail within the next 7-10 business days.

Eligibility requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Provide a U.S. residential address (no PO Boxes)
  • Have a valid Social Security Number (SSN)
  • Provide a personal phone number and be able to complete two-factor authentication

What information do I need to provide to apply?

The following information is required to verify your identity and determine credit worthiness:

  • Full legal name
  • Birthday
  • Physical home address (No P.O. Box)
  • Income & housing information
  • Phone number
  • Last 4 digits of your SSN (or full SSN if required)
  • Email address

Why can’t I use a P.O. Box as my home address?

We are required by law to collect and store a physical home address, so this is the address that must be submitted on the application. You can add a mailing address later on if you become a cardholder.

Can I re-apply if I was not approved the first time?

If you are not approved, you will receive an Adverse Action Notice via email. If you believe there was a typo in your application, you may re-apply immediately with the correct information. Otherwise, the application decision is unlikely to change and we recommend waiting at least 30 days.
