Monthly Imprint Offers – new!

We’re excited to introduce Monthly Imprint Offers–a way to earn more while you shop! With Imprint Offers, you can earn store credits at select merchants simply by shopping with your H-E-B Visa Signature® Credit Card. Each month, you can select up to 5 personalized offers from a rotating list of top retailers, featuring brands like Nike, McDonald's, Sephora, and Petsmart.  There’s no confusing terms or spending minimums. Rewards are automatically applied on your next purchase at the participating merchant—no need to track or redeem manually. It’s simple, seamless, and stays fresh each month. We hope you like it!

Please note that Monthly Offers are currently available as part of an early access program and may not appear for all customers yet. We’re gradually expanding this feature and plan to make it available to more customers over time. Stay tuned, and check your app for updates.

GENERAL FAQS

  1. How do I access my Monthly Imprint Offers?
    Each month, you will receive an invitation to select up to 5 offers from a rotating list of merchants in the Imprint app. Tap the button that says"View your Monthly Imprint Offers” and follow the steps on the screen. Just swipe right (or tap "Activate") to enable offers that interest you and start earning rewards instantly when you shop at those brands.

    The monthly offers are currently only available in the Imprint iOS and Android Apps. If you've downloaded the Imprint app but don't see Monthly Imprint Offers, please ensure you're using the latest version of the app.

  2. Can I stack Imprint Offers with other promotions?
    Yes, you can stack Imprint Offers with other discounts, such as coupon codes or loyalty programs. It’s an easy way to maximize your savings – and this is all on top of what you already earn with your H-E-B Credit Card.

OFFER SELECTION

  1. How do I activate an offer?
    To activate an offer, simply swipe right or tap "Activate" on the offer in the Imprint app. Once activated, you can start earning store credit when you shop at that brand.

     

  2. What happens if I skip an offer?
    If you swipe left or skip an offer, it won’t be available again this month. However, it may appear again in future months for you to choose.

     

  3. How many offers can I activate?
    Each month, you can activate up to 5 offers from a total of 20 available offers. You won’t be able to view all 20 offers at once, so simply select the ones that most interest you.

     

  4. What merchants are included in Imprint Offers?
    The list of merchants refreshes each month with new offers tailored to your shopping habits. You can expect to see national brands like Nike, McDonald's, eBay, Lululemon, Petsmart, and many more. 

     

  5. Can I change the offers I selected?
    Once you’ve selected your 5 offers for the month, they cannot be changed until the next month’s cycle, when you’ll receive a new set of offers to choose from.

EARN

  1. What do I earn when I shop at a selected brand?
    When you spend at a brand you’ve activated, you’ll earn credit you can use at that brand. The specific terms are unique per offer and are noted in the Imprint app. Your credit will automatically be applied to your next purchase at that same brand.

     

  2. When will I see my cash back rewards I earned?
    You’ll immediately see the rewards you earned appear as store credit in the Imprint app after making a qualifying purchase at an eligible merchant. The earned amount will show as "Pending" until the transaction is confirmed, typically 1-2 business days after your purchase. In some cases, it may take longer (3-5 business days) if the transaction hasn’t been confirmed yet. If you haven’t seen your rewards by then, feel free to reach out to our customer support team. 

REDEEM

  1. How are rewards applied?
    When you make a purchase at an eligible merchant, your rewards will be automatically applied to your next purchase at that same store as store credit as soon as the transaction is confirmed (typically 1-2 business days). There’s no need to track or manually redeem rewards. The automatic redemption will appear in your Activity feed. 

  2. Can I transfer the store credit to my bank account?
    No, the branded cash back you earn is applied as store credit and can only be used for future purchases at that specific brand.

  3. Do the store credits expire?
    Yes, the store credits earned through Imprint Offers have expiration dates. You can check the expiration details in the Imprint app by tapping "View all" on the "Imprint Offers" header > then tap the brand credit where you want to see the expiration date > look under the "Credits" section where it says "Expires in...".

TROUBLESHOOTING

  1. I have the Imprint app, but I'm not seeing the "Monthly Imprint Offers" section.
    If you've downloaded the Imprint app but don't see Monthly Imprint Offers, please ensure you're using the latest version of the app.
    To update the Imprint app:
      • on your iPhone:
        • Open the App Store
        • Tap on your profile at the top right 
        • Scroll down to see the pending updates
        • Tap Update next to the Imprint app
      • on your Android device:
        • Open the Google Play Store app
        • Tap your profile icon on the top right
        • Tap Manage apps and and tap Manage
        • Select the app you want to update
        • Tap Update
